- 2 lbs beef stew meat (cut into bite-size cubes)
- ½ cup butter (1 stick), cut into cubes
- ½ cup beef broth
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the beef stew meat into your slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix together the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the beef.
- Place the butter cubes evenly across the top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours
