INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1 1/2 Sticks Butter – Melted
1 Whole Egg, 1 Egg Yolk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
METHOD
Melt Butter and allow to cool to room temperature. Add to Sugars and vanilla and mix.
Add the eggs and mix.
Add the dry ingredients and mix.
Bake at 325 for 16 minutes.
NOTE
This base makes Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Raisin.
Add mix in ingredients and bake.
ONE BATCH MAKES APPROX 3 DZ.
