Coconut Cream Pie

INGREDIENTS
* 6 TBS sugar
* 5 TBS plain all purpose flour
* � tsp salt
* 2 cups milk
* 3 egg yolks (and save the egg whites for the meringue)
* 1 cup flaked coconut (fresh, canned, or bagged)
* 2 tsp vanilla extract or flavoring
* 1 baked pie shell 9 inch size

* 3 egg whites (saved from the coconut custard pie recipe)
* 4 TBS sugar
* � cup flaked coconut
