Beef Stew

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat (cut into bite-size cubes)
  • ½ cup butter (1 stick), cut into cubes
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Place the beef stew meat into your slow cooker.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Pour the mixture over the beef.
  • Place the butter cubes evenly across the top.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours
