INGREDIENTS
2 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
METHOD
– Mix together first 4 dry ingredients in a large metal bowl. Set aside.
– Mix sugar and butter in a mixing bowl with beater until well blended and fluffy. Scrape down sides of bowl to ensure consistency.
– Add eggs and blend well. Scrape down sides of bowl again.
– Add dry ingredients and mix well. Scrape down sides of bowl again, if needed.
– Use Purple Cookie Scoop and roll in cinnamon-sugar container (already made)
– Place 12 cookies evenly apart on parchment paper covered cookie tray.
– Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. (Makes 3 dozen cookies)
