INGREDIENTS
3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 Large eggs
1 can Pumpkin (15 oz)
1 can Evaporated Milk (12 fl oz)
1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie shell (4-cup volume)
METHOD
1. MIX sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in small bowl.
2. Beat eggs in large bowl.
3. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.
4. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
Pour
5. Pour into pie shell.
Bake
6. BAKE in preheated 425 F oven for 15 minutes.
7. Reduce temperature to 350 F and bake for 40 to 50 minutes more or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
